No doubt that winning a large event is good, but not all large events are Vintage World Championchips..

Its my fault they posted there, TLOM hijacked the thread from LotusHead and myself, and started going off about how hes the world champ...I let a couple of people know about that fact and the thread got funny...
Rich's polio line is a classic.
The only sad thing is that it was actually a decent little tourney...hope you guys enjoy the reports that are on there as well.

Well I (or Lunar) start these threads because the series is all we got with legitimate metagame tourney reports etc. The thread was actually pretty successfull as at least four people posted their tourney play by plays. I wish more threads had a variety of reports for different players in the same tourney. The same report (initial report) was also posted in the Tournament Report Submission section here on TMD. |

He was refering to the replies to TLOM about his fake world champ status. The original topic of the thread is legit and by all means TMD players should post there with any questions or comments they have about the tourney or the reports...
But you have to admit its funny...Brian really is good at making himself look terrible. Rich and JDizzle and others are just helping defend Biller and the real world champ status, and Brian TLOM Woo is just begging to get laughed at by the community.

Helping defend Biller? I didn't realize he needed help defending. You know what would REALLY piss LegendofNothing off? If you ignored him. Completely. Wouldn't you enjoy doing just that? And yeah, nothing wrong with TMDers posting on the tread to talk about the event - just resist the temptation of putting that Woo dude in the spotlight. |

the defence issue concerns the fact that many of the players on starcitygames.com arent 100% familiar with whats really going on...they may read the thread and assume that this guy is correct in all he is saying...if somebody didnt say something many people might go on believing TLOM was a champion...
What would be best would be if HiVal or Toad or The Bleiweiss went in and locked the damn thread with a big thing saying TLOM is wrong, here are the correct facts. HiVal didnt want to get involved though...Perhaps now that there is so much irrelevant stuff in there he can lock it for being off topic where he couldnt before since it was all relevant to the tourney.
