Wishing Rat

So this card looks a little unglued, but I figure that if Wizards can do wishes and relentless rats, they can do this too.

Of course, in tournament play this would have to be in your sideboard.
Also, do you think its fair if the rats were put into your hand, or should they be put on top of the library like this?

Im not sure I see the point, there are a number of creatures that put themselves on the library when they die, this just does it differently.  Also it's a 1/1 for 4 at least make it a more playable p/t to cost ratio.

good point, maybe I should make it cost less and put it into the hand.

Why not just put it into play at end of turn?
