Right now, I don't think rector based combo is a good metagame choice. Most of the dragon hate also hits rector. Graveyard hate stops the fetch ability, as does stifle. Additionally, hate like sphere of resistance and pillar can also make life difficult because getting the 7 mana to play illusions and donate in one turn often requires use of rituals and moxen. One further problem is that the deck also relies on its life total and so if your early game is disrupted and you take damage before reestablishing your engine you can find yourself unable to bargain effectively. In general most things which beat dragon beat rector and many things which don't beat dragon also beat rector. Although a fun deck, I don't think its a good choice right now.
All that said, I would use only 2 donates, its worthless without illusions and if you have illusions the extra 20 cards will let you find one of the donates with no trouble.

In addition to what has already been said, your deck also needs more acceleration since you lack Moxen. Actually, your entire mana base needs work. This deck really needs a strong, fast, and stable mana base; you need white and acceleration to get Rector into play quickly, black to kill it, and then lots of other acceleration so that you can win either on the turn you cast Bargain or the next turn. Here is my suggestion:
4 Dark Ritual 1 Mana Crypt 1 Mana Vault 1 Sol Ring 1 Lotus Petal 1 Grim Monolith 1 Mox Diamond 2 City of Brass 4 Gemstone Mine 4 Polluted Delta 4 Underground Sea 4 Scrubland
To make room, cut stuff that is unneeded. The third Donate has been explained already; Demonic Consultation isn't needed that badly, and backfires too often in this deck. Mystical Tutor isn't that great here either.

In an unpowered (or half powered) version of Rector you could try adding a fastbond. It is a good way of getting mana if you can't bargain for power.
And yes the mana base does need a re-work. Rebel428's looks great for you.

Yes, 2 donate is definately right, as it is a "dead card". Also, DRitual is alllways a four of in rectortrix, hoping for the original necro draw. Lotus petal for more acceleration maybee?

You probably dont duresses and should consider 1 tendrils of agony and a bounce spell to remove the illusions as soon as you give it to them. (Rushing river should work well).

Definately. ANY deck thats main focus is cranking out off Bargain should have one tendrills. Rushing River is also solid. Too make space I would cut the consultation because the only thing you should consult for (Bargain) is resticted.

also, you could put a form of the dragon in the sideboard to deal with aggro, which may deplete your ability to bargain efficiently.
