I figured this should exist :p

NoNameYetFolks!
2B
Sorcery
Target player discards a card
Cascade -- B, Discard a card

Would I need the mana payment? Or would Cascade -- Discard a card suffice? That was what I had originally, but when I typed this up, I was having doubt. Let me know what you think!

Well, the base effect is absolutely overcosted, and the cascade cost is such that this isn't good at any cascade. I think it needs to have a base cost of more like 1B, or even B.

What if we made this a coercion discard, rather than their choice? Then you'd probably have to bump the mana costs up to either 3B/B or 1BB/1, with the latter being the more agressively costed, but I think still fair. Kind of like Abandon Hope, only not terrible.

This basically says:

X1B
Spend only Black mana on X.
Target player discards X cards. You discard X-1 cards.

Granted, you can set X as you go, and it's hard to really counter, but I think this could safely not involve discarding cards, or could be 3B, discard 2 cards, Cascade B, Discard a card, or something like that.

I can't think of a name, but the card itself is fine, so maybe you could just follow Jacob, and we could name these later.
