I'm just wondeirng has everybody stoped plaing this deck and if so why all I do is see the white blue version running around. I keep playing with red blue and never have a problem the deck i have the most problem with is 4c keeper but it still won me a tourny today so i cant bitch to much. Just looking for input and deck suggestions but heres my list

1-mox sapphire
1-mox ruby
1-black lotus
1-sol ring
2-mask of memory -BROKEN- please dont argue this card
3-nevy's disk
1-DSC
4-FOW
2-misdirection
2-teferi's response
3-daze
4-mana drain
1-ancestral
1-time walk
4-standstill
4-lightning bolt
4-fire ice
4-farie conclave
4-mishra's factory
4-polluted delta
4-volcanic island
4 wasteland
1-stripmine
I dont know ive played a tounament already and won no problems with the deck and mask of memeory on a factory whenever i wanted it or a conclave just ruled 1 to equip and draw 2 discard 1 as far back as i can remember i was always tought card advantage wins the game.

Why did everyone stop playing this deck? Because try to beat a good gifts ungiven deck with it, or hold out against aggro workshop. Can you? NO.

Well ok. Maybe its a bit harse. In some metas this deck can be good. It beats fish usually, and can beat goblins, and has a fair chance against random decks or oath. But it doesn't generate enought card advantage against todays tier one decks.

Lightning Bolt and Fire/Ice don't stack up to Swords to Plowshares and Disenchant in most metagames - although the list you posted looks like it could tear Fish decks apart with ease and probably also be tooled to beat some control matchups and Workshop matchups (both Stax and Aggro).

Your board would have to be composed of a mix of Red Elemental Blasts, Rack & Ruins, maybe some Shatters and Energy Fluxes.  Post-board Chalice of the Void would be helpful, since it can slow your opponents down to your speed (which is slow - slower than molasses on a cold day slow).

I will argue one thing about your posted list - Darksteel Colossus and no Tinker, and even if there was a Tinker, you don't have enough moxen / artifacts in general to sacrifice to it.  You DEFINITELY don't want to cast Tinker sacc'ing a Nevy's Disk, now do you?  You also don't run Brainstorm to put him back where he belongs (although you do have that Mask of Memory - but that is hardly as reliable).  My suggestion would be to abandon the Colossus althogether.

Other than that, Landstill is pretty solid, as long as you're making air tight plays, since otherwise you'll get left behind.

I will break into your house while you aren't home and disguise myself as a chair. Then I will leave before you get home, but there will be a place at your table where I was a chair and you will wonder why there isn't a chair there. Then later I will leave the chair disguise on your doorstep and you will realize what has happened and you will be afraid all the time. Helter Skelter mother fuckers!

You think basically right, but Fish doesn't use drain, and it has a variety of ways to win the game as opposed to simply swinging with manlands and hoping the opponent doesn't break the ss.

I use to play UR landstill but I put it away for better decks.  Plus UR is worse then UW because against oath your burn means shit but swords well that flat out wins.

The burn in the current meta from ur still wouldnt have too many targets outside of welders and fish.  STP is much more effective at creature removal.
