I know this card is broken, but I still thinks its kind of cool. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Mana Pulsation 3RR
Instant

Remove everything that was tapped for mana this turn from the game.

Current Wording

Mana Pulsation 4R
Instant

Remove all permanents that were tapped for mana this turn from the game.

I know this won't happen in a tournament, but if my opponent has Chaos Orb in his hand while I'm controlling his turn from a Mindslaver, who flips the card if I force him to play it and activate it?

Make it 2RR.

Machinus is right, because when this resolves, if I'm not mistaken, the sources of mana you tapped for this also get removed from the game. So 2RR seems fine. 1RR may be pushing it , but RRR could be fine, if horrible.

Armageddon destroys all land. Facing off against a control deck, they are likely to have at least UU untapped and quite possibly more. Making this an instant merely allows Red to keep Blue honest (tap out for card drawing - try Mana Pulsation!). In any case Boil does much the same but only to your opponent. Against aggro, who cares? Against combo good luck getting to 4 or 5 mana.

As much as I agree that this should cost 4 mana, Wizards priced Thoughts of Ruin at 2RR so this has to cost 4R using Wizards scale of casting costs.

Also I don't think "everything" is proper templating.

Remove from the game all permanents that were tapped for mana this turn?

But you kind of ignored all suggestions except the wording change.  It was stated several times that 3RR is too much.  2RR was suggested, and dandan suggested that 4R would be closer to the correct casting cost.
