I came up with this deck as a (relatively) budget hate deck.  I play Legacy predominately and decided to take a stab at Vintage.

Probably the most questionable thing about this deck is the complete lack of Fetchlands and Wastes/Strips.  The reason for this is the negative synergy with Supression Field.  Matchup results are pending AKA- PM me for Apprentice-only testing for playing random people can get just that.

To Mods- If you want me to explain card choices please say so before locking this thing up.  Also I feel that this deck differs enough from UW Fish to warrant its own thread.

Unstable mutation was added to speed up the clock if they were to recover from any hate.
