Island sucks;  My Toleria taps for blue mana AND removes the banding ability from my opponent's creatures./

Only during a players upkeep though, plus Tolaria is legendary, can be hit by wastelands, and can't be fetched. Tolaria is much weaker than this (IMO) overpowerred basic land. Now, if Tolaria could use its ability as an instant, Camel.dec would have some problems...

Yeah, but I can also use my Toleria as a LD spell for my opponents Toleria.
