So good (as usual). I think I actually enjoyed it more the second time.

Twas I in that type 4 game.  Man I got savaged.

It's not fun in a 6+ man game of type 4 to have a hand of ZERO instants.  Everyone was owning everyone, and I got served by that frickin' Dwarvin Catapult being clearcaasted or whatever it was, straight to my dome.  That made me a sad panda.

it was fun.
great report.
congrats on a top 8.

Why in God's name would you come up the Eisenhower from Indiana??  That means you came from the Loop, which means you should have gone out the Kennedy (90/94) and then stuck to 94 when it splits.  After the split, it's a couple exits, get off at Dempster West and a couple of streets later you're there.  The eisenhower is like 12 miles south of Pastimes....

I don't.  I just drive by it on 94.  I always comment on how it's backed up forlikever.

How infy savage this was.  I watched you throughout the day, in and out of matches, and I was impressed by the way unknowns would find their way to your side and introduce themselves.  Clearly, your legacy precedes you.

This was incredibly nicely written.  Reading about getting there, back, and the madness in between is almost better than reading the actual report portion.  Keep it up in the future.

I can't believe I read the whole thing.

Good job with both the top 8 effort and the writing.

And thanks for giving me props throughout the report.

I always enjoy reading reports, especially well written ones such as this one. It has been the best thing so far today (but I will get my Black Lotus this afternoon so that will probably outshine it  Mr. Green). Congratulations on the finish and I hope to read more stuff like this in the future...

Good, just checking.

It's an ok report, you should probably have a few more details and stuff, it's a little light.

Savage stuff - keep up the good work!

Edit: That's right - most hilarious stuff ever! The report was totally amazing, as usual. Again, MAJOR props for T8ing...looks like you kept to your word! You did forget my name under slops, as I went an amazing 2-2-1 drop. Anyways, can't wait till the next time I roll to the Midwest. I have yet to play you!

Highly entertaining!

Im excited, that was my JD's (Mind's) Desire that got signed at the same time as that Chalice

Why in the hell this isn't good enough for SCG, I have no idea.  Well-written, the aforementioned highly entertaining, and detailed to the peak.  You outdid your Gencon report.

Hello JD!

Congratz on the high finish man. Your report was an excellent read, when I saw the Life of the Loam/Zombie Infestation tourney report posted on SCG and not yours I started to worry we would be denied of your report. Reports like these are what I live for keep up the great work.
Also you must turn to the dark side dude. I was totally shocked when I met you @ GenCon, in all of your foily goodness, you have those unpimp white boarded cards (P9). Come on you know you wanna ;oP.

I'm looking forward to your next report,

Zach

Amazing report as always.

I do have a question that I would like answered:

Why the hell wasn't Doug Linn at the tournament?  We had more Titans for him to draw on!!!

Nice report.

I was highly amused (and annoyed) that just about everything that was the "right way" from the south side to Niles was under construction.  I'm glad to see you found my presence on the trip good company rather than a bother.  Thanks again for the ride, and congrats again on the top8 finish.

Great report! No wonder we don't see any vintage material on SCG if they refuse stuff like this.

In the living room, Navidson discovers the echoes emanating from a dark, doorless hallway which has appeared out of nowhere in the west wall.

Justin, I don't think that you stressed the drinking enough in your report.  The drinking was key.
