I think the only important new stuff is multiplayer and Auras. However I haven't read the entire new rulebook so I am not positive that there isn't anything else noteworthy.

I think that they should be releasing an FAQ later this week.  However, I do know that someone has pointed out that Giant Spider (and the "web" ability in general) has been changed.  Apparently, this change may make it so that a Giant Spider will have to block a creature with Lure on it no matter what.

Just to let people know, a list of changes to the CompRules was posted on the Judge list today.  A FAQ should still be forthcoming, but for those who want to see them now click these links:

Quote from: New Comp Rules
212.4d Some enchantments have the subtype "Aura." An Aura comes into play attached to a permanent or player. What an Aura can be attached to is restricted by its enchant keyword ability (see rule 502.45,
"Enchant").

Enchant Player, anyone? I know there's a lot of stuff in the Comp Rules (that's been there for a while) that just covers things that they may do in the future and have never done yet, but this seems like one they'd like to take full advantage of.

"Enchant Player" isn't new to the rules.  It's been there a while to at least help explain the interaction with certain Unglued/Unhinged cards.

I wouldn't hold my breath for Enchant Player cards appearing in a real set.

Dude, bad ass! Gatherer is still really great, but having two credible sources is excellent.
