How does one link card names to the gatherer information in posts?

I tried [card] card [/card] but that obviously is not correct.

One way, though it may not be the most efficient, is to look up the card in Gatherer, and use (url) (/url) <---using brackets instead of parentheses

For example:

I think that Melting will see significant play when Coldsnap becomes legal.

or

I here that this card is pretty good.

There is an easier way to do it, if you use Magiccards.info. They have ready-made UBB and HTML code you can just copy like so: Helldozer, and you don't have to set the tags yourself. You can find the links below the cards when you click on them.
