I could definitely go with that. I wonder, though, about R&D approving of 1UU/instant/draw 2 cards. I think that is perfectly fair, but they are really hating on blue right now, and I doubt they would make something that cool.

Yeah, the "fair" costing of instant-speed drawing of two cards appears to be Inspiration right now.  I would say that 1UU would not see print, and since blue is at its strongest in years right now, I'd say that it will continue to be unprintable for quite some time.  Adding double-blue to the cost isn't really a very big drawback, since the kinds of decks in which a lot of instant-speed draw is problematic tend to be monoblue or blue with a small splash (Forbidden Phoenix, Flores Blue).

Until I went and read Matt's thread regarding the spoiler, I didn't even know what this card was talking about. Don't we have an implicit policy not to create cards with mechanics that Wizards is going to create, but hasn't actually released yet?
