Underworld Games will be holding a sanctioned Vintage tournament on February 12th, 2006.


Prizes are as follows:

1st: DCI Sol Ring
2nd: The Abyss
3rd: Mirror Universe
T8: Revised Booster

Entry is $30.

Cash might be a better option than the 2nd and 3rd place prizes.  Both of those cards are really hard to move as no one really wants them anymore.

If there are people coming from Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Atlanta, etc., it might be helpful to post in this thread so people can find out about carpools.

Since somebody else mentioned it first...

I was considering going, then I saw the entry fee and the prize support and said forget it.  It's just not worth it to drive 3 and a half hours (from Durham) for a chance at a DCI Sol Ring.   I, personally, would find a big top prize (see: Mox), with no second prize more appealing.

The TO told me that a judge will be coming to this event.

Just to remind everyone, this tournament is next weekend. I hope to see some new players come out for this event.
