I just received word from the EE Systems Graduate Program at the University of Michigan that they will be delighted to have me study with them next year! For all of you Michigan boys, that means I'll be back in the state full time next year (and that I have a future as an EE, which is pretty good too)!
RIW be ware, Meandeck will soon establish its dominance of Michigan next! I've already conquered Indiana, and the rest of the crew has got Ohio covered, so MI is next baby!

Great, another speed bump in Battle Creek's victory over Eastern Michigan. Would you prefer your beatings to remain in-game, cuz I could always take a hose to you beforehand to get you used to the feeling And if you happen to run into Edman "The Iron Lung" Leung while you're over there in Ann Arbor, look him up - he's in dire need of a playtest partner. Welcome back.

http://www.thehardlessons.com/I will break into your house while you aren't home and disguise myself as a chair. Then I will leave before you get home, but there will be a place at your table where I was a chair and you will wonder why there isn't a chair there. Then later I will leave the chair disguise on your doorstep and you will realize what has happened and you will be afraid all the time. Helter Skelter mother fuckers!

It would seem that Illinois is the last stronghold against Meandeck westward expansion.
We shall not flag nor fail. We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in Chicago, Indiana and Michigan; we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the tournament scene. We shall defend our metagame whatever the cost may be; we shall fight in SCG events, Waterbury, GenCon, in IRC and on the forums. We shall never surrender and even if, which I do not for the moment believe, this metagame or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our empire beyond the Mississippi, armed and guarded by secret ninja tech, will carry on the struggle until in God's good time, Japan, with all its power and might, sets forth to the liberation and rescue of those not on Meandeck.

Yon Meandeck hath no hold on our fair Illinois, and shall never have such a reign whilst I stand guard. Already, Squire Douglas and Squire Justin hath fallen at my hands; who among you dareth be next? Though we do not careth for our neighbors to the north; our fair alliance only includeth those from the holiest stronghold of Illinois.
Fair thee well, Squire Justin; we shall hide and waiteth in our Workshops of Mishra with our Darkest of Rituals, draining all hope from your reverie of conquering our beloved Illinois. Nothing, not even our reprehensible speech or our striking demeanor shall hinder our vision of compete self-dominance.

Yeah, that's changing. I'm slowly taking over the Midwest one state at a time. My biggest regret is that soon, I'll be too far away from STL to take over Missouri. I've been working on that, but I haven't gotten over there enough times to make a claim to it yet. You're escaping Indiana? Lucky... I hated Indiana too when I first got down here 4 years ago. In the past year or so, it's grown on me. I never even liked basketball at all before I got down here, but now I live for the Pistons. It's not really a bad place, just wasn't what I was used to. I might even miss it a little when I'm finally gone.
