T1 Tournament in Albany NY

The tournament originally posted to be on April 22nd has been pushed to April 29th due to the Dissension pre-release on the 22nd.  The tournament will be at:

Zombie Planet
1238 Central Ave.
Albany NY, 12205

It will be Type 1, DCI rules in effect (NOT a sanctioned tournament)

If we get at least forty people the prizes will be as follows:

1st prize will be an un-opened Unlimited Starter Deck from Magic the Gathering

2nd prize will be a $50 gift certificate.

3rd prize will be a $10 gift certificate.

There will be 10 proxies allowed.

It will be a swiss bracket

$20 pre-registration, $25 at the door.

If we get more than forty people in the tournament we will increase the prizes significantly and add 4th, 5th, and 6th place prizes.  This is our first T1 so if it goes well, it will be MUCH better in the future.

You know,,, I lived within 45 minutes of Albany for 16 years and now you guys have a tournament when I am in New Mexico! Well, best of luck, and maybe I will come and play when I visit my parents.
