In 1 deck: no more than 4
Into play in 1 turn: no more than 1

A non-basic land is still a land and has all the restrictions on game play that basic lands do.

thanks! btw when you said anon-basic land is still a land, does that mean that if i put a non-basic land i can't also put a basic land (plains, forest...) in the same turn?

Exactly.  You can play up to ONE land (basic, nonbasic) total per turn, barring some card which says otherwise (Fastbond).

Here's the relevant rules:

Quote from: The Comprehensive Rules
305.4. During either main phase, the active player may play one land card from his or her hand if the stack is empty, if the player has priority, and if he or she hasn’t yet taken this special action this turn. (See rule 212.6, “Lands.”) This action doesn’t use the stack and it isn’t a spell or ability of any kind. It can’t be countered, and players can’t respond to it with instants or activated abilities.

Also, here's a link to download the latest rules
