Just a thought but why not put the Stuffy Combo into a Stax deck an alternate kill?  It's not harder that trying to use the Flame Vault Combo in the deck.  Depending on the build of course, Stax can support the white cost of the enchantment.  Plus Stuffy gives you a nice defense against Goblins.  "Hello Mr. Piledriver!  Would you be interested in doing a bunch of damage to your controller?  Really you would, then let me introduce you to my friend Stuffy Doll.  Hold still now while I weld him in."

I've also pondered that option; but came to the conclusion that it cannot be stax and will have to cut lock components to become a workshop combo deck.
