Here is the base for my casual the tendrils wins again. For lack of a place to post

4   Chain Lightning
4   Lightning Bolt
4   Lava Spike

4   Gamble
1   Demonic Tutor
1   Vampiric Tutor
1   Imperial Seal

4   Dark Ritual
4   Rites of Flame
2   Seething Song

2   Tendrils of Agony

4   Skeletal Scrying
4   Red Elemental Blast
1   Yawgmoth’s Will
2   Lava Dart
1   Recoup
1   Wheel of Fortune

Grim Tutor is replaced by Gamble
Added red rituals
It lacks Draw, browbeat is not really an option even though its red.

Please help me build and advise on making a burnbased tendrils deck.

Cheers =)

If you play badlands, you should be playing Lava Dart instead of any other burn spell. I would run 4.

Use Pyro over REB, so you can toss it to pump Storm.

For draw, you could look at Pain's Reward, Night's Whisper, or heck, Necrolagia. (Adding actual Necropotence and Bargain would also be an idea.)

     I would suggest testing 4 Pain's Reward.
It's amazing how much damage people will take when you are holding Bolts.

One of my friends almost top 8'd at a tourney playing a similar deck with 4 Pains Reward maindeck.
Although I do not recall his exact list, he was not playing enough burn to win. He didn't have any Tendrils.
He relied completely on his opponents taking Pain's Reward and Browbeat damage, so he could bolt them.
No one ever suspected that he couldn't actually kill them.

Pain's Reward is also one of the most fun cards I have ever cast.

Fiery Temper and Rite of Flame have some synergy going on with Gamble and Goblin Lore. Goblin Lore is a very efficient digger and gamble is the most efficient tutor in the game potentially doing 3 damage with a fiery temper aswell as tutoring to your hand for a single mana.

Pain's reward is indeed a good choice. You can easily bid 10 life. If you win the bid, you'll draw ammo to combo out(hopefully) . If you don't, you should have ammo to kill him off with direct damage although bolts might need to get added if i want to go that route.

1:What would you cut, and why would you cut it?
2:What would you add instead?

Thanks

Goblin Lore has a Portal reprint called Control of the Court.
