If I play Yawgmoth's Will, and it resolves. My opponent plays a spells can I play Force of Will removing a card in my graveyard from the game? I know kind of a dumb question.

No, but you can cast FoW from your grave removing a card from *your hand* from the game.

Cards in your graveyard are never in your hand, so you can't pitch them to Force. You also can't use cycling abilities from the graveyard, and Mask cannot put a dead Dreadnaught into play.

When Will says "You may play cards in your graveyard" it's referring to the specific act of playing as defined in Magic terms: announce it, put it on the stack, make any choices, pay any costs. You can pretend it says "You may CAST cards in your graveyard" if it helps, though the term "cast" isn't used any more (also you don't 'cast' lands, while the verb 'play' applies to both spells and lands).
