Since this would most definitely be rare, I don't think you should care about limited. This could easily be 30 or 40 minus the number of cards in your library, though I don't like counting the cards (yes, yes, everyone loves Battle of Wits, but still).

hmmm... traumatizing yourself with a 40 or 50 card deck and youve got it without dying. that would completely make mindless dreadnot unstoppable in multiples, yet i think stupid ooze is at the right mana cost,

maybe you should make it

the correct power toughness wording would be 20-x/20-x

also you might want to change the name as noone will take stupid ooze very seriously
