I created this deck on a whim. I believe it is one of the most convoluted win conditions ever conceived.

// Lands
    4  Polluted Delta
    4  Flooded Strand
    13  Island

// Spells
    4  Peer Through Depths
    4  Force of Will
    4  Remand
    4  Fabricate
    4  Sleight of Hand
    4  Mirari
    4  Brainstorm
    4  Impulse
    1  Battle of Wits
    1 Opt
    3  Cunning Wish
    3  High Tide (2)

// Sideboard
SB: 1  Cunning Wish
SB: 1  High Tide (2)
SB: 1  Time Stop
SB: 4  Reset
SB: 4  Turnabout
SB: 1  Stream of Consciousness
SB: 1  Flash of Insight
SB: 1  Forbid
SB: 1 Magical Hack
SB: 1 Research/Development
SB: 1 Battle of Wits

SB: 200 (or so) random other instants

The idea is to get Mirari + 5-7 Islands in play, Cunning Wish and High Tide in hand. You play High Tide on your opponents turn. Then cast Cunning Wish and use Mirari on it. Get Reset and a Cunning Wish. Cast Reset. Repeat this a few times until you can use Mirari on Reset as well. When you have used all the Resets, Cunning Wish (with Mirari) for Flash of Insight. Flash for a small amount then flash it back removing the Resets. You can now use Cunning Wish to cycle through all the Resets again. Wish for Flash of Insight and repeat until you have lots and lots of mana. Then, use Cunning Wish and Mirari to put 200 or so random instants in your hand. Cast spells and repeatedly Forbid with buyback to discard the 200 instants. Then, repeatedly cast Stream of Consciousness to put all those cards in your library. Cunning Wish for the Magical Hack to make one of your Islands a Forest. Then, Cunning Wish for Research/Development to put Battle of Wits in your library. At some point you should have come across the maindeck Battle of Wits. If not, Then, repeatedly cast Impulse to find it. Get a few High Tides and some countermagic in your hand, then Time Stop. On your turn, cast Battle of Wits and pass the turn. Cast Time Stop on your opponents turn. Then, win on your upkeep.

Voila, a 60-card Battle of Wits deck. The 200+ card sideboard relegates it to casual games only, if the horrible inconsistency and/or inablilty to win during a timed round didn't already. It has a fundamental turn of around 6-7 5-7.

Updated decklist:
14 Island
4 Polluted Delta
4 Chrome Mox
4 Mirari
3 Cunning Wish
3 High Tide
4 Brainstorm
4 Mystical Tutor
4 Merchant Scroll
4 Impulse
4 Intuition
4 Force of Will
4 Remand

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.

Heh. Cool idea. You could also use Research // Development -- it doesn't even remove itself from the game.

The combo actually wouldn't work if you didn't remove cunning wish.

Play Cunning Wish A and copy it:
Cunning wish A (getting Cunning wish B)
Cuninng wish A - Copy (getting another card)

Then....
Cunning wish B (getting Cunning wish A)
Cunning wish B - Copy (getting another card)

Your piggy backing wish for wish for wish for wish... and generating +1 card each time.

--- I like the win condtion... coulda gone for "SB: 1 Stroke of Genious"  But F-That!  This way you can impress people with your Crazy Stack Skillz.  I love the Timestop to.  One question though... don't you still mana burn off Timestop??

...Actually I suppose you could just cast Flash of Insight for X = left over mana, and use it as a { {2} {6} {0} } {1} {U} casting cost instantspeed Demonic tutor.  That also means you don't need to "infini-impulse" to get your Battle of wits.

Besides, you need the untap effects in hand and you don't want to splash green.

I know. I'm just saying Research is possible to infy recur via "traditional" means. You could at least have a copy in the sideboard to Wish for, so you could also have Battle in your sideboard rather than having it maindeck.

I like the sideboard Battle of Wits + Research/Development plan. I can include a Chromatic Sphere maindeck which is less dead than drawing Battle of Wits pre-combo. Also, it make the win even more convoluted.

Can you use magical hack to change an Island into a Forest, and thus have it tap for green mana?

What you REALLY need is a blue instant that alows mana conversion of {U} -> {G} and you can run the research plan in the board.

Oh man! with the research plan win you could just have 1,000+  Relentless Rats... and that New "all cards have Ripple"  And ripple into play 1,000 RATS!  What a great alternate win.  you would need:

a converter to get Green mana.
Play research, for the Ripple stone and Gemstone Array.
Flash of Insight twice for 60, get the ripple card and the Array, play them.
recure research for 1000s and 1000s of rats
draw a card (it will probably be a rat)
Play the rat... and Ripple like a pro.
Research in Concordent Cross Road
Flash of insight for 1,000,000
Play the Cross Road
Swing with 1000 1000/1000 rats ... for 1,000,000 damage.

Magical Hack is even better. It doesn't even have to be maindecked. Now the deck has no main deck win conditions. The whole Rippling Rats is cool, but you get infinite mana long before you get to that point, you could just hardcast as many of whatever creatures you like. I like winning with a five-mana enchantment that forces you to Time Stop twice. Can anyone help me streamline the maindeck? I'd like to make this somewhat casual-viable.

God-Awsome 8:
4  Impulse
4  Brainstorm

Limitedly good 13:
4  Peer Through Depths
4  Fabricate
4  Sleight of Hand
1  Opt

Probably Better:
4  Mystical Tutor
4  Merchant scroll
3  Fabricate
2  SSD Top

It gives you a bit more to do at the 2 level.

New Maindeck:
14 Island
4 Polluted Delta
4 Chrome Mox
4 Mirari
3 Cunning Wish
3 High Tide
4 Brainstorm
4 Mystical Tutor
4 Merchant Scroll
4 Impulse
4 Intuition
4 Force of Will
4 Remand

Mystical Tutor and Merchant Scroll both directly fetch High Tide or Cunning Wish. If I need the Mirari, they can fetch Intiution. Intuition can fetch any of the combo pieces. The deck can go off turn 5 with Chrome Mox, turn 6 without. The main bottleneck is spending five mana for Mirari. Ancient Tomb could also help as it would only have to be tapped once for Mirari and once when going off. Is it worth including?

City of Traitors is not that bad.  Ancient's tomb gets dangerous because as your going off with reset... you might fizzle because you will die to damage.  at least with City you don't run that risk.  The problem with City is that once you commit to it, you kinda bone yourself in reguards to landdrops, because dropping a land with set you back a turn.  Mox Diamond + city of traitors is not that bad of synergy.  But Mox diamond dirrectly fights your Reset combo.

If I use CoT to play Mirari on turn 4, then I'll only have 4 Islands in play turn 5. With one High Tide, 4 Islands only produce 8 {U}. Cunning Wish + Mirari + Reset cost 8 mana. Thus, I'm not generating mana and can't go off. On the other hand, with Ancient Tomb it's 8 damage. I need to hit 5 Islands to go off. Mox Diamond hinders that. An extra High Tide can always allow me to play Mirari on turn 4 as well. The idea is to play Mirari on turn 4 while still having 5 islands on turn 5.

This deck could actually benefit a lot from a green splash for Sakura Tribe Elder and Farseek/Into the North/Rampant Growth/Kodama's Reach

This is the craziest deck i've ever seen...! Thumbs up!

Heartbeat of spring might be a good inclusion...or perhaps good ol' mana flare, just for the style points Smile

A true Johnny would not run Mana Flare or Heartbeat of Spring. The deck MUST be mono-blue. You should even run 4x Blue Shoal as countermagic with your infinite mana.

Cunning Wish, Mirari, copy finding [instant] original finding another Cunning Wish is one of the coolest things you can do in Magic I think.

If you're worried about mana burn just run some bad creature with an ability such as:
U: This creature gains flying until end of turn on a 2/2 for 5.
