StarCityGames.com and The Mana Drain Upgrades

Hi all,

Many have noticed that StarCityGames.com (http://www.starcitygames.com/) and The Mana Drain (http://www.themanadrain.com/) were down for much of the past two days. This was due to complications arising from simultaneous upgrades made to all of our sites over the weekend. Although everything appears to be functioning properly again, we are still experiencing some minor technical difficulties related to those upgrades, and ask that anyone who sent us e-mail between 10pm EST Saturday evening and 4 pm EST Monday afternoon please resend those e-mails. If you continue to experience any problems visiting either site, logging in to your account or trying to place an order, please e-mail webmaster@starcitygames.com and let us know. Include your username and the name of the browser being used.
 
Please note than any orders that would have normally shipped on Monday, September 18th will now ship on Tuesday, September 19th. I thank everyone for their patience during these past couple of days, and apologize for any inconvenience.

This is also why we're missing some posts--the backups that they had were a few hours old, and everything posted after that point but before the updates messed things up was lost.

I'm not sure what kind of 'updates' you did, but they sucked.

I am frequently getting the following message when I click on random threads here:
'Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

After trying for about 5 minutes, or later in the day, I eventually get in, but something's up.

Oh, and StarCityGames.com is frequently unavailable throughout the day, or giving me a message saying 'could not connect to validation server to authenticate your premium account,' or some such nonsense.
