Can the Gaea's blessing reshuffle effect be stifled? In other words, can stifle stop triggers anywhere, even the graveyard?

Yep. The trigger enters the stack and that´s where Stifle will find it and take it out.
Doesn´t matter what generated the ability nor what zone it was generated from.
