Hi all My name is SHANE and im from Australia. Ive been told this is a great place to get some help in building decks. To start with here is the deck so far it has changed alittle bit and since im shy to power cards its getting there slowly.

Goblin Spree

LAND
3X Badland
3x Volcanic Island
3x Ancient Tomb
4x Wasteland
3x Bloodstain Mire]1x Strip Mine
1x Tolarian Academy

CREATURES
4x Goblin Welder
3x Gorilla Shaman
1x Arcbound Ravager
1x Darksteel Colossus
1x Triskelion

SPELLS/ARTIFACTS
3x Shattering Spree
4x Gamble
4x Mycosynth Lattice
3x Shrapnel Blast
3x Tangle Wire
1x Crucible of Worlds
1x Vampiric Tutor
1x Wheel of Fortune
1x Yawgmoth's Will
1x Demonic Tutor
1x Tinker
1x Sol Ring
1x Mox Diamond
1x Grim Monolith
1x Mox Jet
1x Mox Ruby
1x Mox Sapphire
1x Black Lotus
1x Time Walk
1x Ancestral Recall

So this is the deck there is a few cards i think i should take out like the colossus, will , ravager. Ive played it against a friend of mine and 7 out of 10 i can win. the deck basically relys on shattering spree and lattice, turning all permanants into artifacts then blowing them up with the shattering spree.Im thinking of running some more blue for counters ie FOW and DRAINS but dont no what cards will need to b removed.

It is a slow deck as not getting red mana as often as i need does hurt this deck. I dont have a sideboard yet as im trying to build the deck first and sideboard aftr.

If u have any thoughts on this deck or any cards that might help it out, id like to hear from u. Any help will b greatful as im new to Type 1 over here in Adelaide

Thank You All

For an alternate win condition you might consider:

1-3 Null Rod
1 Myr Enforcer

If your opponent has no creatures in play, you can play Latic + Null Rod.  Now they need either a 0 mana cost win conidition or ESG+ESG+Naturlize to continue.  Now you just play draw go until you find Myr Enforcer (who happens to be a 0 mana win condition.  you also might want to add some Sphere of resistance or even Defense Grid so they can't force of will your Myr.

You say you went 7-3 to your friend, so which other decks did you test this deck against?

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)

hey guys cheers for the feedback

Harlequin null rod is a good idea as it will shut down both our decks when lattice is in play. might have to get a few of em

Bad Wolf hes got 3 type 1 decks that he made up one a r/g aggro deck , ones a straight black deck this i lose to and a u/w deck that i cant remember what it does.
