Generally, we don't handle ego-cards.  If you're serious, this has way too many abilities for one card to have.  Also, most fish aren't sentient, and certainly don't have wizard powers, so you probably want this to be a merfolk.  Also, the abilities are fairly ridiculously undercosted.
