Adding Smallpox to this deck makes it's aggro and Flare matches basically insane, while not being terrible against any other deck in the field. In addition it gives the deck actual ways to discard Firemane Angel. Unfortunately the original mana base wasn't that great and Smallpox obviously made that fact much clearer. So I completely reworked it to function at a decent level using Flagstones and Gemstone Mine + Karoo action to keep the mana colors up while keeping synergy with the rest of the deck.

Right now the land color base breaks down to 24 land:
18 white
16 black
10 red

Which is about right for where this thing needs to be. Though adding one more land (You'll note I couldn't fit the non-colored producing land Rix Maadi in. Maybe someone can get that to work.

It's got great aggro matches across the board, can beat Flare and Solar Pox in attrition wars and doesn't have an awful Dragonstorm or Control match (Except against like Tron). Against mid-range decks like R/G LD and U/G the deck has some problems, but I'm willing to live with knowing if I can stabalize mana in those matches I'll win. Tron kolds the deck and straight U/W is hard just because the deck can run out of gas if Arena's are countered and they have a way to nullify Firemane recursion.

Anyway, this is probably what I'd play @ States, but it looks like I can't get work off or get about 10 of the cards I need... sooo... here you go.

How come only 3 Arenas?  It's sort of the only draw engine for the deck, wouldn't you want to stick one on turn 3 every game?  Blue decks seem really really hard to beat if you can't get arena active because they just see so many more cards (especially something like Solar Pox since they have Haakon-Hussar for Small Pox protection and can out draw you through researchs and Hussars).  I mean, demonfire is obviously a huge help against Haakon, but its hard to believe 3 arenas main is good when they are so powerful.

Actually on turn 3 I want to drop Small Pox + Flagstones or Karoo land and against aggro I MUCH rather be going Helix + Karoo or Mortify. Basically it's like if I ever draw more than 1 areana, it's useless barring exceptional circumstances and we rather have the 1-of Knell or Void rather than the 4th maindeck Arena.

Is Debtor's Knell worth it anymore?  In the old T2 it was ridiculous because everyone was doing tricks with it + Miren, but it feels sub-par versus a large portion of the field.

Do you really need 4 Wrath of God?  I'd think that some of those slots can be best used by running Faith's Fetters; you can get two in by cutting the Void and a Wrath of God; and it doesn't significantly weaken your aggro matchup.
Is Angel of Despair good?  I get that it's cheaper than Akroma and it 187s something, but it just seems significantly worse than just bringing Akroma into play, since it's tragically easy to kill by comparison.

Oh god yes Debtors' Knell is the bees fucking knees. If resolved, Knell completely wipes Flare and control decks out. It's still a huge mana investment which is why we weren't nuts about adding more than one, but it's awesome as a one-of.

Wrath of God is easily on the top 5 cards in current standard. I just can't imagine playing less than 4 in any deck running white and having so few relevant creatures.

Angel of Despair is quite good, killing any annoying permanents (Glare, P. Arena, Vitu-Ghazi, etc.) along with assholes like Spectral Force without me having to waste more removal on it. Basically it goes along with the plan of the deck to crush any and all things relevant. Besides, who cares if Angel dies? You run Firemane Angel, which is going to keep coming back over and over again until they get into Demonfire range. Akroma just doesn't strike me as all that awesome when there's about 50 opposing copies of her running around along with specific stuff like Glare and such.

However it's really not that big a deal, if you want to run Akroma, that's cool. We've just had better success with Angel of Despair.

Just got back from OH states, thought I would mention that Tom Wood made top4 with a RBW Firemane deck running 4 maindeck Persecutes and a ton of signets (probably ~6 ?), which he said netted him 4+ cards basically every time all day.  His list should be on the PES website in a day or two, it might be something to look at.

Yeah two of my friend's went to NJ states with a list like this, just we added some Condemns. Unfortunately one of my friends went 3-0 and played tron twice in a row and the other guy went like 5-2 or something.
