Ferocious eradicator
{U} {B}
Creature – human assassin
Each creature gets; “during this creatures upkeep, pay {1} or sacrifice it.
{T} : add 2 colorless mana to your mana pool. This ability can only be used during your upkeep.
1/1

“in the ears of eradicators, the screams of suffering, sounds like poetry “

I was thinking of making the tabernacle into a creature, but It had to have a drawback itself, so I thought of this creature. Its idea also came from drop of honey.

What do you think of it? I am not too sure about the colors, is B U the correct combination? Or is it more of a B G combination?

The creature will give you mana burn if you use its ability, unless you have 2 creatures. I don’t know if its overpowered, but I am sure you guys will tell me. Is the wording correct?

Current Wording

Tabernacle Attendant

{1} {U} {W}
Creature – Knight guardian
All creatures have "At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice this creature unless you pay {1} " .
1/1

"when they couldnt find their homeland, the attendants started to change, and they became more like their home"

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)

The wording is horrible. It should be:

Ferocious Eradicator
{U} {B}
Creature – Human Assassin
All creatures have "At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice this creature unless you pay {1}."
{T} : Add {2} to your mana pool. This ability can only be used during your upkeep.
1/1

It is totally overpowered. Tabernacles's biggest drawback, besides being legendary, was the commitement you had to make in order to play it, that means no land drop that turn. This one doesn't need that commitement, grants mana (can be used to play instants, I hope you know that), can be played in multiples, and would be a no-brainer in way to many decks (could be played in fish, for example. Imagine tapping this to pay its cost AND reanimate a Factory, while still making your opponent's life harder).

You should remove the tap-for-mana ability, at least.

If you're going to get a Tabernacle effect, make it a real Tabernacle. K.I.S.S.:

Ferocious Eradicator
{1} {U} {B}
Creature – Human Assassin
1/1
All creatures have "At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice this creature unless you pay {1}."

I think this should cost {1} {U} {W} instead.  Other than that, nice card.

I think it would be a shame if this didn't reference The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale somehow. Or just tabernacles in general (i.e. places of worship). Which would thematically fit in with making it a little bit W.

More the "Pendrell" part than the "Tabernacle" part.  Note Pendrell Flux, Pendrell Mists, etc.  Regardless, definitely make it u/w instead of u/b.

Good point. I never really thought about what Pendrell meant until now, and I found some good entries on Wikipedia on general M:tG backstory.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominaria
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ravnica
etc.

Not totally relevant to the card, but interesting nonetheless, especially to people who don't know the Magic canon all that well, like me.

I can make the flavour text relating to tabernacle?

"born in the tabernacle, the eradicators look for their homeland"

something like this.

"after the tebernacle was wasted and stripped (hihi) the eradicators have been looking for a new home"

Why would a tabernacle have eradicators? For that matter, why would a blue and white creature be an eradicator? I think you should change the name.

Yeah, when I think of WU I don't think "ferocious" either. That's more a RG thing.

Why is it still an Assassin? And why are there still so many mistakes in the text?
