So the guy admits to getting his cards.  He claims they are not in the condition stated.  The Forces were definitely in Ex+ condition at the least.  He has filed a claim with paypal.  Should I just bite the bullet, get owne don like 8 bucks of fees, and hope he mails my cards back?  Or should I fight it and hold my ground that he has done this to multiple people before and he simply doesn't know how to grade cards and hope paypal doesn't just rape me on like $65?

What do you think paypal would do?

EDIT:  I realize that his first message to me was that he will pay me for the 3 MINT/NM cards in a few days when his bank transfer goes through.  It appears that he doesn't know how to read.

You have 99.3 % feedback, just keep the money and send paypal's dispute center all the info on the auction.  Let them be the ones to deal with it.  If you know you didnt rip the guy off, then who cares what your feedback says, 1 more negative isnt going to hurt your feedback with 140 auctions.

You neglect that paypal sucks and is working in the interest of profit, not the customer. I've already explained to Phil that he should just ask for the cards back and refund the guy's money upon recieving the cards back. There is a whole website paypalsucks.com were you can read about bad eBay experiences if you are interested.
