I tried to submit this earlier and the forum wouldn't accept it.
I know licids aren't the most popular creature type because they cause a lot of rules confusion, but I think the rules have been cleaned up to the point where they work now. Besides, this card would be very fun to play. You get to combine everyone's hatred of licids with everyone's love of slivers to make an interesting card.
