After the success of the last tournament for just 4 Volcanic Islands, the Gamers Lounge Sandusky is going to do it again!
Mox Sapphire Infinite Proxy Tournament
When: November 11, 2006 Registration at noon Tournament starts at one
Where: 127 E. Market St. Sandusky, OH 44870 (419) 621-0282
Cost: $20 for infinite proxies First gets a Mox Sapphire, Second-Fourth get store credit
Last time we had 23 players and some good competition. If we start getting more players, we'll be able to lower the entrance fees, so I hope everyone can come out for this!
We're planning on scheduling these regularly from now on--the second Saturday of every month! More information on subsequent tournaments to follow.
Actually, if we get notice that lots of people are coming, I might be able to get the store to lower entry fees, so speak up or PM me.

To clear up some confusion from the Sept. 23 tournament report, November 11 is NOT the day of the OSU-Michigan Game. It is the day of the OSU-Northwestern game, which, if there is call for it, we should be able to show on the 12' flatscreen during the tournament or between rounds.
OSU plays Michigan on November 18.

Just wanted to put this back up at the top.
We're hoping for a good turnout, but we haven't heard from enough people to consider lowering the entrance fee yet. Lemme know.

I will try to make it too, but im not sure at this point. If anybody else from Dayton wants to ride and reads this let me know, because that might decide it for me.

Hey all, I talked to Dave at the Gamer's Lounge. He says it's a no-go on reducing the entry fee, but he will put any extra earned from the entries into fuller prize support. That sounds pretty good. I know he's got a nice looking Bazaar in the box that would probably be up for grabs if we get enough people.
No guarantees on the Bazaar, but we will have prizes equal to entries.
I hope to see everyone there:

Ok, it seems the GWS Chapter of Michigan is in. Are any major roads between the Michigan border and Sandusky still under construction?

I believe 280 is straight out of the Road Warrior. I have no idea what any of this means.

I believe 280 is straight out of the Road Warrior. I have no idea what any of this means. 280 is under construction. 280 is one of the ways that allows you to get on RT 2 or Ohio turnpike from 75. It goes down to one lane so sometimes it is a hassle, pending on what time of day it is. You have never seen the Road Warrior?

I just got into an insane car accident, both airbags deployed and my hood pealed back like a sardine can. So, with that I was wondering if anyone coming down from the Michigan area would let me hitch a ride with them or something. I live in Toledo. I would totally appreciate it and I would bring my ipod so you wouldn't have to listen to me ramble on about sensless things. I shower every day so you wouldn't have to worry about me stinking up your car ethier.
