[Combo?] Mono Red Burn + Stuffy Doll in Standard

So, while I was in California, there was a gentlemen (one of the store owner's friend's) who made a mono-red snow burn deck for Standard (it was alright, nothing amazing) featuring Stuffy-Doll, obviously hoping to make Skred 6 damage for 1 mana.

Anyways:

Shivan Meteor
3RR
Sorcery
Shivan Meteor deals 13 damage to target creature.
Suspend 2 - 1RR

I was thinking something along the following lines:

20 Snow-Covered Mountains
4 Scrying Sheets
4 Coldsteel Heart

4 Shock
4 Skred
4 Seal of Fire
4 Char
4 Sulfurous Blast
4 Shivan Meteor
4 Stuffy Doll
4 Demonfire

I'm sure this can be tweaked, but in general the idea is to aim for a 4th/5th turn Stuffy with Shivan Meteor suspended the previous turn.  I don't think this will be amazingly competitive, but I know there's people out there that want to play cheap red decks, and what could more fuin that saying "13 you?!" and playing Stuffy Doll?

     Would it be worth playing Martyr of Ashes in this deck?
It can deal a lot of damage for a low cost, and help with the Stuffy Doll theme,
although it doesn't deal damage to flyers like Sulfurous Blast.

Goblins is about the standard for cheap mono-red decks, and it can make a bunch of Empty the Warrens tokens.  This deck is just trying to be too cute.

Furnace of Rath is also pretty fun in this deck. Char you for 16? Or more to the point, Meteorize you for 52?

I think that's highly likely.  But, as I said, I don't expect this to necessarily be competitive.  Just something for people to have fun with.

There's also rumored to be a card along the lines of:

Volcanic Hellion
2RR
Rare
Creature - ?
Echo - X where X is your life total.
When ~THIS~ comes into play, it deal any amount of damage to target creature and to you.  This damage can't be prevented.
