I have few if any disagreements w your list. its a smaller set of course, so playables are easier to spot.

-I think dead/gone is pretty sexy. kill welder or bounce dsteel, all at instant speed and priced to move. versatile in the same vein as hide/seek. its possible I tend to over-value welder kill though, after witnessing the metagame's mad rush to ignore Sudden Shock last set; which I thought was going to be hot shit.
-stingscourger. goblins can now matron for answer to dsteel! still working on akroma though.
-Gossamer phantasm is general size and shape of a Fish caliber creature.
-same w riptide pilferer. this guy might be fairly disruptive. the anti-deep hours, but no surprises and half as tall.
-same w whitemane lion. iffy as protection from spot removal.
-if jotun grunt didnt exist, stonecloaker is interesting combat trick + recurring yard hate. 3cost 3/2 flyer vs 2cost 4/4. besides samurai pale curtain is already in line for that slot.
-midnight charm is sort of, sort of comprable to fire/ice. kill welder/confidant or tap dsteel. but cant target akroma or kill meddling mage, so unlikely to find a niche, even in UB.
-dawn charm also fogs in adition to counter gifts/intuition. its no orims chant, but has something going for it.
-serendib sorcerer. maybe sb slot v dsteel/oath. though waterfront bouncer is U cheaper.
-ovinize isnt playable, but has some interesting interactions. like they attack w akroma, you ovinize her and block w spirit token. pongify is the same concept. however no one would play either of these over chain of vapor.
-magus of bazaar is disapointingly unplayable. at U for 1/1 Id be intrigued.
-sulfur elemental. e-plague vs UW fish? nm
-torchling. unplayable, but def gets coolness award.
-shrouded lore is probably going to get a fetchland every time unless you are willing to consistenly overpay what regrowth effect is worth.

as for your list:
why is green seal cleansing better than white seal? what plays green but not white, that cares about artifact/enchantment spot removal so bad this card is going to make their day? I rate this like triskelavus; maybe it will be played but it has no real noticable impact on the way its controller thinks about their deck.
phantasmagorian is clearly solid addition to manaless ichorid, but the first card on your list (hyper-efficient mini haunting echoes) is going to so brutally neuter the ichorid game plan, that deck is headed right back to tier 2 where it came from.

my top 5:
1. extirpate
2. red spirit guide
3. yawgmoth tomb (cant wait to play nether void in stax. lalala)
4. dead/gone
5. phantasmagorian

other likely contenders
stingscourger
null profusion
riptide pilferer
green seal
imp mischief

My list would go something like:

1. Extirpate - Probably the only viable card from the entire Expansion.
2. Tomb of Yawgmoth - I currently am working to find it's place in a B/x Stax build, it actually seems promising.
3. Seal of Primidorium - This seems good from a Legacy point of view, but honestly, in Vintage I can only see it run in Birdshit. Although, BS already had access to Seal of Cleansing.
4. Midnight Charm - Weaker than Darkblast, although the fact that it can tap opposing creatures makes it all the better.
5. Dead/Gone - Red bounce with a built in Shock impresses me, however, I doubt it is playable in many Vintage decks.

I personally dont see what's good about Phantasmagorian, seeing as I have never played Ichorid in my life.
