I am writing an article about online gambling and how the recent legislation to stop it has affected poker players. If anyone here could answer a couple questions as to how they are going about their poker business, you have my thanks.

What are the reasons, in your opinion, for the new legislation against online gambling?

Should online gambling be legal? Is it enough of a skill game to get around the "gambling" name?

Has the new legislation affected your ability to play online and win money? Are there ways around the system?

What are your thoughts on the two Neteller co-founders being arrested, with amongst the charges being money laundering and the such?

Anything else anyone might think is pertinent to this would be greatly appreciated. In a nutshell I am trying to find out what people think of the new legislation, whether if affects their play, and what they think the right way to go about this should be.
