Help with videos from the last myriad event

Hola,

I took some videos with my cell phone at the last event and I'm having a bear of a time getting them to covert to a proper YouTube format. The videos are currently in 3gp and I need them in a more standard format. I have a converter, but its not working right and either the sound or the video is out of sync.

The videos are short, like < 20 seconds. If anyone can help let me know, else you may never see a brassman dance*




*not really true, I got that one to convert pretty easy, but there is so much MORE!
