Most would say a massive difference in Ink quality. Unlimited is much richer in color than the faded, and really hideous, revised cards.

There is a second white line on the right side of Unlimited cards, while Revised as a solid black line on it's right side.  If you have two cards (one Unlimited, the other Revised) you can easily see it.

The important differences have already been pointed out. A quick google search found this site with pics to help clarify:

The inner beval is probably the easist to spot.  But what I generally look to first is the vertical centering of the "Ills. by Mark Tedin" ... because its the only thing differant from Unlimited -> Revised -> 4th Ed.

Ulimited: Has equal space between the top and bottom of the text line and the boarders of the color. (and no copyright date)
Revised: Is much closer to the bottom boarder than the top.
4th Ed: Obvious, becuase its smaller and has the Copyright date.

I dont like the beveled method because it goes:
Ulimited: Beveled
Revised: Not Beveled
4th Ed: back to beveled.

In all fairness, though, the difference between the bevels on Unl. and 4th is huge.  Unl. has msotly a second black box around the inside, 4th actually looks more like a beveled edge.  Though it is true that the copyright date is probably the best thing to look for (Unl. and Revised didn't have one, 4th did).

Compare a Revised Sol Ring to an Unlimted one and you can really see the difference in print quality and color saturation.  The Unlimited one will catch your hand on fire.
