I venture out to Bluebell with my Blue White Red Boomerman deck. We had exactly the same amount of people in the tourament as last time 38.

I started the day off terible. Getting crush by 5-Color Stax first round. I then played and beat Grim Long, Gifts, Pitch Long, Intutution AK with Bobs and ETW. and drew last round to make top 8.

Top 8 - I again had to play agaisnt 5-Stax. The same guy I played first round. He crush me again. He drop a treat on me every turn both games all the way from turn one up. I couldnt keep up. I cant deal with his threats including Choke and REB. Let me say no more, I was disapointed, that I had to play that damn deck again. I HATE STAX!!! He was a very good player and nice at the same time so I give him props for it.

Overall I had a great time there and cant wait for the next one.

Who won the Mox Jet? Does anyone know.

Fun tourney as always.

I didn't take any match notes.  But, I did Top 4 with Chalice Oath.  It felt like I played against Yawgwill combo all day including in the Top 8.  My day ended with a Top 4 loss to Stax.

Hey man, sorry if I seemed a little salty in our top 8 match; I had some personal things going on.

Here is an appetizer until these pictures are formatted (before round 1 even started, accumulated from my scouting sheet):

3x Bomberman
4x 2.5 Grim
1x BG Bazaar Fish
4x BPS
3x Oath
1x Dragon
3x Gifts
1x BW Fish
2x UW Fish
1x Sullivan Solution
5x Stax/Jester/MUD/Uba
1x Tog
2x Control Slaver
1x Ichorid
1x Bob Tendrils

I didn't get 5 people.  Sad

No worries.  I've played my share of Yawgwill combo to know that late in the day the deck gets frustrating.  Especially, if you have other things going on in your head!

One thing we all learned is that Diet Soda > Call of the D Herd!

seth levy ended up winning the jet beating stax guy (raphaelle i think his name was? i'm bad with that kinda thing) in the finals. a turn two kill (which could have been turn 1 had he known what the ancestral would have given him) and another broken early game in game 2.

another win for 0-2 drop's BPS.
