Well, that looks like a solid base for a Fish deck.  Before you commit to playing a deck like it, I'd recommend taking a look at recent posts in the Vintage Open Forum and at Steven Menendian's latest articles to get an idea of the metagame.  In addition, most competitive tournaments (in the US) provide for the use of proxies.  That looks like a U/R Fish deck of 2-3 years ago with a Green splash.  U/R has been mostly outmoded by both U/R/B and U/B Fish lists, which manage to attack the manabase in the same way that U/R does while also adding hand disruption and Dark Confidant (the #2 creature in Fish).  Lists for URB and UB Fish respectively can be found through the links below:

http://sales.starcitygames.com/deckdatabase/displaydeck.php?DeckID=20137 (Becker's URBana list)

http://sales.starcitygames.com/deckdatabase/displaydeck.php?DeckID=17851 (A modified version of Kolowith's SS)

Edit: Fixed URL code.

My old signature was about how shocking Gush's UNrestriction was.  My, how the time flies.

'An' comes before words that begin in vowel sounds.  Grammar: use it or lose it

URBana, SS and UW are probably going to be better, but URG is at least an interesting combination that hasn't been seen for a while.  Let's try and get a decent build in those colors.

The mana base needs work - namely, a few basic Islands.

Spiketail Hatchling is generally pretty bad.  If you want a mana denial creature, Gorilla Shaman is a better bet.  It's more important that your creatures present a clock, though.  Wild Mongrel should be pretty solid.

3-4 Null Rods should be in here.  They're almost a necessity of Fish decks, although you could also substitute something like Chalice.

Ninja of the Deep Hours is probably a better draw engine than Curiosity.

Ancient Grudge seems like one of the best reasons to play red and green.  I'd try running a couple maindeck.

And yes, this is old-school.
