Here is the announcement from the TO:

We planned the next edition of MCM's P9 tournament on the last Sunday of april (april 29th).  As usual we guarantee a POWER 9 CARD.

Format: vintage (DCI sanctioned)
When: sunday april 29th 2007
Start: 11h00 (doors: 10h00)
Concept: 6 swiss rounds + top 8 playoff
Entry Fee: 11 € preregistration (48h before start tournament) - 14 € otherwise

Prizes:
best deck without power 9: Plateau
less than 30 participants:
1st place:. Timetwister
2nd place:  2 x Volcanic Island
3th - 4th place: Badlands
5th - 8th place: 5 boosters
 
30 - 39 participants:
1st place. Timewister
2nd place  4 x Meddling Mage
3th - 4th place: Volcanic Island + 1 booster
5th - 8th place: Badlands + 1 booster
9 - 16: 1 booster
 
40 - 49 participants:
1st place. Mox Pearl
2nd place  4 x Meddling Mage + 2 boosters
3th - 4th place: Volcanic Island + 2 boosters
5th - 8th place: Badlands + 2 boosters
9 - 16: 1 booster
 
50+ participants:
1st place. Ancestral Recall
2nd place  4 x Meddling Mage + 3 boosters
3th - 4th place: Volcanic Island + 3 boosters
5th - 8th place: Badlands + 2 boosters
9 - 16: 1 booster
