I'm looking to play a sliver highlander deck online and was wondering what everyone thought about sliver choices. For the moment we'll keep it without FS (though there's not really much in there that I'd jump to put in the deck.

My problem is simply this: With so much out there to choose from, what do you put in a 60 cards deck? Which colours should be focused on? What non Sliver Spells are essential?

Every time I sit down to make a deck I just get lost in the options.

What restrictions do you have?  Is this Legacy Highlander or Vintage?  Sideboard or not ... 

I assume any non-basics would also be considered 1-ofs?

It's MTGO Open, non-basics are indeed 1 ofs.
