Felicidades al Senor Muntada.  If you're reading this, how did running only two Flash affect your games?  Was it a deliberate choice, or was it caused by being in a no-proxy tournament?

@implacable: I was talking with Xavi Muntada and told me that he only hac 2 flash, so it was not a deliberate choice(i would never play this version with less than 4 flashes), but don't argue with success.

So it appears Flash is playable in Type 1

Since when do Europeans run 5 color stax lists?  Maybe I just haven't looked at a top8 for a while, but I thought it was either MUD or U/R?

Considering the event was no proxy, did Ichorid just perform poorly or was it not out in large numbers?
I am extremely unfamiliar with the metagame there and was curious why all the top 8 decks did not include Leyline of the Void.
If players without power prefer to run Fish builds over Ichorid maybe I should move to Europe where Dragon has a chance of winning

@moxlotus: you're right, the major part of shops players choose MUD/U/r or mono R UBA (but we always have 1-2 5c lists int he tournament from 12-18 shop decks every tournament), in fact I think this was the only 5c stax list in the tournament.

@A.-1: I think we only had 2-3 ichorid decks, 2 of them were friends and told me that they get owned by sideboard hate (leyline, tormod's, yixlid, pithing needle), we saw more leylines than normally, I think that the few ichorid decks and the pairings took ichorid out of the top.
