I started playing vintage a few months ago, and I started off with a UW fish build that I found, in my current meta, just couldn't do well.. much. So, since then, i've worked it into UWb, then UBw, and now I've cut the whiteentirely, and made it into a UB build that I've been told is similar to some SS builds.

19 Land
4 Underground Sea
2 Swamp
1 Island
1 Snow Covered Island
4 Polluted Delta
4 Wasteland
1 Strip Mine
2 Mishra's Factory

10 Creatures
4 Dark Confidant
3 Dimir Cutpurse
3 Erayo, Soratami Ascendant

31 Other Spells
3 Extract
4 Brainstorm
3 Daze
4 Force of Will
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Mystical Tutor
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time Walk
3 Stifle
3 Duress
2 Trickbind
1 Demonic Tutor
2 Skeletal Scrying
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Jet

SB
4 Leyline of the Void
4 Chalice of the Void
3 Null Rod
2 Extirpate
2 Echoing Truth

Let me know what you think, what needs to go, and what I'm missing. As far as my meta, it's a number of decks including a few gifts variants, flashhulk, grim long, oath, ichorid, pitch long, stax, and some home brewed decks.

I'm not brilliant with decks like this, but personally I would say:

-3 Extract
-3 Daze
+1 Duress
+4 Remand/Mana Drain
+1 Yawgmoth's Will

SS typically runs all the off-color moxen to accelerate out a Confidant or Cutpurse as soon as possible.  You should either do this or move Rod to the main.

Extract and Trickbind look like pretty clear cuts to me.
