Just to answer you quickly, that lock you are proposing requires four things:

1. Isochron Scepter
2. Orim's Chant
3. Teferi
4. Lots of blue mana

Since you can't always rely on Lotus mana, what is the soonest time you can cast Teferi? It takes too long. as with UUU somewhere in his cost, I'm quite certain that you can expect to put him down around turn 3 or so. Here's what happens to you by turn 3:

1. Until June 20, Gifts will attack you with 10-20 ETW tokens. Twice.
2. Flash will absolutely destroy you with impunity.
3. Fish will play Null Rod and then STP your Teferi.
4. Long will combo out.
5. Stax will destroy your manabase or at least keep you busy with Tangle Wires.

The list goes on and on and on.

While the lock is one heckuva lock when executed, you have to ask yourself how difficult it is to put all three pieces together. It takes an inordinate amount of time to establish a three-card combo, and finding all three pieces and casting them successfully in sequence isn't the easiest thing to do, either. Even two-card combos like Flash have a hard time finding their pieces, what more a three-card combo?
