Based on some ideas tossed around in the Urza's Dream thread:

Urza's Wish

Sorcery
As an additional cost to play Urza's Wish, pay X mana.  Spend only mana produced by artifacts to pay X.
Choose up to X artifact cards you own from outside the game, reveal those cards, and put them into your hand.
Life begets life; artifice begets artifice.

This should remove itself from the game.  Other than that, I think I like it.
