We had an nice tournament over here in Germany this weekend. Top price was a Mox Jet.

We had 17 participants and played five rounds of swiss with following top 8 single elemination.

Congratulation Phele,

It seems that new versions of MaskDreadnought could be a viable choice.
And even if I don't use the same build as yours, as we discussed it one the vintage improvement forum, my tests on MWS let me think that these kind of decks may really be a serious new challenger in Type 1.

By the way, I really like your "psionic blast" spot. I didn't think about it previously but this is really a very interesting idea. It is often deadly after only one dreadnought attack.

Usually we announce every relevant T1 tournament on www.morphling.de, so was this one. But I know that there could be more advertisement for such events, especially when there are cards like the Mox to get. We talked with Jens, the organizer, about that and reminded him of caring more about advertisement. But probably it's on me to force this a bit more.

If there is more interest in these kind of events in the middle/southwest German area in this forum I will ask for Tournament Organizer status to post the dates in time in the Tournament Announcement Forum. We very frequently hold tournaments in this area – for instant: every month in the nearby Speyer.

There will be on the 18th of August. Exact dates can be found here: www.zkforum.de/showthread.php?t=44997 and later on on www.morphling.de. Registration starts at 13 o' clock, the tournament will start at 14 o' clock. Registration fee will be 8 Euro. If 30 or more players find their way to Speyer, top price will be an Imperial Seal, otherwise something in dual range. That's all I know so far.

We would be glad to see any foreign players joining these events. And even though most of the tournaments are non proxie you can expect the majority of decks to be full powered. And the meta is highly competetive with many experienced and "older" players tapping Moxen for a very long time now.

@beder: Thank's a lot! I totally agree with your maskstiflenought prediction. I just can encourage anybody to try out Dark Illusions. This deck is so redundant it's not even funny.
