The subject says it all, really. I haven't played any Magic in 3 years. I used to play Vintage and used to be active in an older incarnation of this site. In fact, I remember when this site started in late spring / summer 2002, when Beyond Dominia shut down. I see Zherbus and Smmenen are still around.
I dug out my pile of cards and started going through them and the desire to play hit me again. I was thinking of selling them all, but now I don't think I will.
So I'm going to start reading the forums again and no doubt asking questions, as I struggle to understand what's happened to this game since I stopped. So many new expansions, new decks and new bans/restrictions to catch up on.

Welcome back!

If I were you I'd wait until Sept 1 before trying to make any strong opinions about what the format looks like and what cards you may need to restock your collection.

If you're looking for what's been winning at big tournaments http://www.morphling.de/ has probably the most extensive and accessible T8 lists.

It's pretty awesome that I did that - Smmenen

Great to have you back! I love hearing about old school players climbing back out of the woodwork. I second what GI said about waiting until Sept. 1st before judging this format. There may be some very impactful changes at that time.
