This deck not terrible in the current meta. It has floated below competitive levels for many years now.

http://www.starcitygames.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=297960&highlight=parfaitI reread a bit. One mistake I made was not mentioning that Disenchant is prehaps most important against Fish because it removes Null Rod. Rod is a total hoser for this deck.
Also the reason to run a 3rd Belcher and Sacred Mesa in the board is to survive against Jester's Cap and Extirpate. It sucks to lose to Extirpate on Belcher. Sacred Mesa is mostly terrible, but it turns out that it is pretty good against Stax and SS which are the decks most likely to play Cap and Extirpate.
