25 players, 3 French playboys and 2 of them in the top8 (I am 10th thanx to the %  Sad). I was playing Belcher as usual, won againt Sherazaad.deck, Flash and Tarmocontrol, and lost against Stax x2 (3-2-0). I will definitively take the Draw7 OUT of my lists from today.

The lists are available here:

Very nice lists. Good to see, that people still have the courage to play even Dragon in this meta, packed with more graveyard hate than ever before.

Also congrats to the Masknought Player. Great build, even though it might be a little blue light in the maindeck. We discussed the inclusion of Acadamy Ruins and Trinkets as well, as especially Ruins is a great addition to this deck (Recuring Explosives and Nought can be pretty horrible for a bunch of decks). I have always thought that this might be to controlish for this deck route, but it obviously works and with the whole threesome black tutors this list is as much focussed to get the Ruins as possible. Well done!

Yep, you can find details here:

Full proxy, no restriction. I even made proxies to lend them for free before the tournament.

Sure. Btw, I am a HUGE Belcher player, and strictly only play this deck for months (like 10 tournaments (Vintage & Legacy)). My last list:

Belcher from Tokyo

// Lands
1 Taiga

// Creatures
4 Simian Spirit Guide
4 Goblin Welder
2 Elvish Spirit Guide

// Spells
4 Empty the Warrens
1 Grim Monolith
1 Chrome Mox
4 Serum Powder
4 Goblin Charbelcher
1 Mana Vault
4 Pact of Negation
1 Lotus Petal
1 Lion’s Eye Diamond
1 Wheel of Fortune
1 Memory Jar
4 Land Grant
1 Mox Emerald
4 Rite of Flame
4 Desperate Ritual
4 Seething Song
2 Shatterring Spree
1 Black Lotus
1 Mana Crypt
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Sol Ring

// Sideboard
SB: 4 Pyroblast
SB: 1 REB
SB: 4 Tormod's Crypt
SB: 4 Stingscourger
SB: 2 Ancient Grudge

I cut the Street Wraith, and didn't regret them. The thinning effect is much too thin (!) to worth the slots. I put 2 ESG and 2 Shaterring Spree Main deck, and was VERY happy with them.
The 5 REB were very strong agains blue deck, and gave me 2 matchs (against Flash and the Tarmo control deck). My big deception were WoF and Jar. Really. WoF cost me the last game. It can be broken, but it can be bad too, and it was bad all day long. I remember Klept saying he would never play with Draw7 again, and I guess I agree with him today. Although he tried a black version with Grim Tutor (which I hated), I think the power of the deck is to know if you can win or not with the cards you got in hand. WoF and Jar just make you take the risk of keeping a questionnable hand. Of course, Belcher is a combo deck and you always have to play being aware you can fizzle anytime, but you should be able to take THE right decision with cards you actually have in hand. That's the reason why I cut the Street Wraith.

Anyway, I am actually thinking of cutting Jar and WoF. While cutting Jar, Welders may be cut too. what about:
-4 Welders
-1 Wof
-1 Jar

+ 2 ESG
+ 3 Tinder Wall
+ 1 Channel

The problem is I cut 4 disruptions (Welders) for mana. Maybe 3 Living Wish? For Welder, Entity Storm, Tarmo? I don't know if it worths the cut... I guess mulliganing until having the perfect hand is the best way to play the deck, instead of having too much solutions.

Apparently, the Japanese metagame is a few steps ahead of its American cousin.

I absolutely LOVE your meta. It is so tempting to fly out to Japan for these events just to play in a healthy meta. Gratz on all the finishes.

While I wholeheartedly support cutting the draw 7's, cutting Welders would be bad.  They are an additional threat which tells your opponent you don't need Belcher to resolve to kill them.  They aren't in the deck because of Memory Jar.
