I'm sorry for the stupid question, but for the life of me I can't remember whether International Edition is legal in Vintage. Can anyone clarify this?
A search on the net hasn't confirmed or denied it.

It is not legal in sanctioned Vintage tournaments.

..and generally not legal in non-sanctioned proxy events, although that is up to each individual TO.
