I hate to say, but if a fake is good enough to fool a professional grader, then for most purposes like playing and re-selling, isn't it real enough?
Yes. I do have to agree with you.
I'm not a uber MTG collector, so if the card passes my inspection I'll be cool with that and consider it real enough. My main concern is if the card is blatantly fake i.e., miss sized, peeling apart, etc....... Then I would have to drive to his house and leave a lit bag of poop on his doorstep.
When I receive the card I'll run all the tests on it and post the results.
