What is the interaction with an evoke creature such as Ingot Chewer and Sphere of Resistance or Chalice of the Void?

Ingot Chewer
Casting cost: 4 {R}
Card text: When Ingot Chewer comes into play, destroy target artifact. Evoke  {R} (You may play this spell for its evoke cost. If you do, it's sacrificed when it comes into play.) When Ingot Chewer comes into play, destroy target artifact.

Evoke is an alternative casting cost. So sphere of resistance will be added on to when you evoke ingot chewer, so its cost would be 1R if you evoke him into play. This works exactly like Force of will under sphere of resistance.

Chalice of the void checks only the converted mana cost of spells being cast, not what you paid for it. The converted mana cost is the sum of the mana symbols on the top right of the card, so for ingot chewer, it is 5. Even if you evoke him into play, the converted mana cost is 5. Therefore, chalice set to 1 will not counter Ingot chewer.
